Richard graduated in 2004. He has worked across the UK, in general practice, the hospital service and the salaried dental service. In 2012 he took over this practice from his father.
Richard is fully committed to continued professional development and presently undertaking an MSc in Oral Surgery at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN). Between 2017-2019 he completed a postgraduate diploma in Prosthodontics at UCLAN, he presently has the option to do another dissertation to obtain an MSc in Prosthodontics. In 2019 he also undertook an Enhanced skill domiciliary care practitioners certificate to improve the quality of care he provided in the local care homes.
His current personal development goal is to increase the range of private & cosmetic work that he can offer his patients. He is also a member of the British Dental Association and the British Society of Occlusal Studies. He is also passionate about dental charity work, and over the years has volunteered in Cambodia, Peru and Uganda to deliver dentistry to the third world.
Out with of dentistry Richard has many hobbies. These include hillwalking and bikram yoga

Heather graduated in 2007. She has also worked across the UK, across all the dental work sectors. She is presently a clinical lecturer in children’s dentistry at Newcastle University. She is also finishing off a PhD. She works in the practice on Saturday mornings and provides locum cover when needed.
